2002 Porsche Boxster Base

This was one impressive car. I'd toyed with getting one before the 2009 Miata but stayed away because I was worried about the cost of ownership. But my wife bought me a gift certificate for some real track time for my birthday. Sadly, I couldn't use it (because the Miata didn't have a roll bar) so I did the only sensible thing I could do - I sold it and replaced it with a Boxster which came with built in roll over protection. I loved the car, and spent a lot of time on the track with it doing high performance driver education events with the Porsche club, but eventually, my concerns about the IMS bearing failing led me to sell it and to buy my third Miata..
